Dear Friend of Holy Family,
On Saturday, February 26, 2022, Holy Family School will hold our live annual fundraising auction at Huber Orchard and Winery in Starlight, IN. Following this, we will also hold an online silent auction in our school gym from March 1st through March 16th. Our mission is to continue to provide the highest quality Catholic education to our children attending Holy Family. The success of our auction is made possible through generous donations from individuals and organizations in our community.
We are requesting your donation to help make our auction a success. As an auction contributor, you will be recognized in our auction program. It is distributed to over 300 attendees, including parents, parishioners, business leaders, and friends in our community. We would be thrilled to have you donate and will be happy to accept any donation you wish to give! Our Auction Procurement Chair, Vickie Lucas, would be more than happy to collect donations too big to send through the mail. This year we are also offering the opportunity for you to become a treasured sponsor of our event! Your business name and logo will be featured in various ways based on your sponsorship amount! Designation levels are as follows:
- Emerald Sponsors ($500)
Business name and logo featured in our program and on our Sponsorship Board
- Ruby Sponsors ($1000)
- Includes same as Emerald Sponsorship
- Business name and logo to appear on one of our Featured Sponsor tables
- Four weeks featured in our church bulletin for continued recognition as a Sponsor
- Invitation for up to 8 guests to join us at your own sponsored table at the event
- Diamond Sponsors ($2000)
- Includes same as Ruby Sponsorship
- Business name and logo to appear prominently throughout the evening
- Invitation for up to 10 guests to join us at your own sponsored table at the event
