Each member normally serves a three-year term. If you are interested in joining the board for future openings, please contact an existing member for more information.

Spring Sports:

  • Deanery Girls Tennis Grades 6th – 8th: First Practice is Monday, March 5th, 6:00pm – 7:30 pm At Community Park. You must bring completed registration form with you.
  • Track Grades 4th – 8th, Boys and Girls: First Practice is Monday, March 12th, 6:00pm – 7:30 pm at the Providence High School Track. Please Bring completed Registration form with you. It is very Important for you to make this first practice if at all possible. There will be a Parent Meeting at 6:15.
  • Soccer Grades PK – 2nd, Boys and Girls: Will begin Mid April, more information to follow.
  • Soccer Grades 3rd – 8th, Boys and Girls: Sign up and Assessments will be Saturday, March 10:

Grades 3rd & 4th 10:00 am -11:30 am, Grades 5th & 6th 11:30- 1:00pm. Grades 7th & 8th please turn in your into Mrs. Fitzpatrick in the Cry Room Lobby on Monday, March 12 between 7:30 and 8:00am.
Golf Grades 5th-8th, Boys and GIrls will begin in April, more details to follow.

2011-12 Sports Calendar

ANNOUNCEMENTS March 5, 2012:

Girls Tennis

Deanery Girls Tennis Grades 6th – 8th starts tonight, March 5th, 6:00pm – 7:30 pm At Community Park. You must bring completed registration form with you. Registration Form attached.

Soccer Grades 3rd – 6th, Boys and Girls:

Registration and Assessments are Saturday, March 10 on the Soccer field, incase of bad weather we will move into Marchino Hall. You must bring completed registration Form with you.

Grades 3rd & 4th 10:00 am -11:30 am, Grades 5th & 6th 11:30- 1:00pm. All players must have shin guards. You may wear cleats, but bring tennis shoes incase we move inside.

Soccer Grades 7th & 8th, Boys and Girls will not have an assessments, but the Registration form will need to be turned into Mrs. Fitzpatrick in the Cry Room Lobby on Monday, March 12 between 7:30 and 8:00am.

Track Grades 4th -8th, boys and girls:

Practice starts Next Monday, March 12, Please bring the completed Registration form with you on the first practice. Registration Form attached.
