Holy Family Catholic School is excited to offer after-school care to our families. Our aftercare program is a safe, Christ-centered environment where students learn and grow together. We have a great year planned for our Aftercare students! All parents must have an account in my.smartcare.com. 3:00 pm – Aftercare sign in
3:00 pm-3:45 pm – Snack time (a snack for each student is provided), Homework time is encouraged
3:45 pm to 5:30 pm – Group activity time/Outdoor play/Gym play.
5:30 pm to 6:00 pm – Additional homework time/free time, Clean up
General Arrival Procedures:
When Primary Grade (grades K and 1) students are dismissed from their classrooms, they will go to Ms. Farmer’s classroom to be signed in to aftercare.
All other students (grades 2 to 8) are to go directly to the cafeteria for Aftercare sign in.
Students may bring electronic devices for games and cell phones into Aftercare, but use will be at the discretion of Aftercare staff. All devices must be used at the designated tables only.
Sign Out Procedure:
Parent(s) or designated pick up person must check student(s) out when leaving the cafeteria. Clock-Out on the kiosk – Clock your child(ren) out by using your phone app or code that was given through Smartcare. Those failing to clock out their child(ren) will be charged through the end of that day at 6pm, which is the default entry.
