The order form for picture day went home yesterday! They were printed without an area for your child’s information. Please print and fill out the form below and send it in with the other order form. Also, if you slip it in the envelope with your payment, please specify which pose you pick on the outside of the envelope.
Last year the students participated in Kindness Week. Holy Family strives to implement kindness throughout the school year, and Kindness Week is a great way to start the school year. Kindness Week is an entire week that focuses on doing acts of kindness for others. This year Kindness Week will begin on August 27th. More information about Kindness Week will be provided when the day draws near.
To help celebrate and promote kindness, you will have the opportunity to purchase a kindness t-shirt. The shirts are $10 and may be worn any day during Kindness Week with uniform shorts or pants. In addition, the shirts may be worn on spirit days and non-uniform days. All orders are due by August 15th. To order the kindness t-shirt, please follow the steps below.

Holy Family will pick up all the t-shirts from RiverCity Workwear and distribute them to students the week before Kindness Week.

For afternoon pick-up, the Cry Room Lobby and Daisy Lane Church Entrance are not pick-up locations. You must use the Primary and Big Parking Lots for pick-up. Please consult the attachment above for more details about Arrival and Dismissal Procedures.*

Welcome and thank you in advance for signing up for your Cafeteria Duty Days. ONLY (4) DAYS ARE REQUIRED, however we would recommend having several dates in mind so that IF the day you want is filled you can choose another date to fulfill your (4) days required.
Make sure to give an accurate EMAIL, you will be automatically emailed your reminder by Signupgenius for the event date you have chosen (3 days prior). However, we do recommend you add your dates to your personal calendar (no paper reminder will be sent). This will also prevent us from having to assess you the $15 per day charge for a “NO SHOW”. Please be on time to prevent us from having to assess you the $10 “Late Fee” charge for being 15 minutes or more late.
Please come prepared to wear a Hairnet or Paper Hat, this is a Health Department requirement (hats from home are permitted).

Registration will only be open from 8:00 a.m. (Friday) June 15, 2018 to 5 p.m. (Monday) July 16, 2018. After this time, the registration will be closed to assess and contact those who have not signed up.
