Due to its low usage, it was no longer cost effective to use the EZ School Pay for the cafeteria. It has been disabled and you will no longer be able to make payment through EZPay. Any payments for the cafeteria will need to go through the school office. Please contact Melanie Dome at email@example.com for any questions about the end of the EZ Pay program.
Providence Girls and Boys Basketball Coaches, Brad Burden and Sean Smith are hosting mini coed basketball camps for grades K-8 after school at the various deanery schools. These camps will last one hour and go from 3:30-4:30. These sessions are free to the students.

Auditions for the Holy Family School Choir will take place on Wednesday, August 8th after school. Auditions will take place in the Music Room. Auditions will only consist of singing part of a familiar song in a small group.
The choir will be broken up into two sections: Elementary (3rd and 4th grade) and Middle School Choir (5th-8th grade). All rehearsals will take place on Wednesdays after school. The School Choirs will help lead music for most Friday school Masses. The Middle School Choir will also participate in some Sunday Masses, these dates are to be determined.
If your child is interested, please fill out the lower half of this sheet and return it to the School Office. Please keep the top half of this sheet for yourself.
The order form for picture day went home yesterday! They were printed without an area for your child’s information. Please print and fill out the form below and send it in with the other order form. Also, if you slip it in the envelope with your payment, please specify which pose you pick on the outside of the envelope.
Providence fall semester 2018 STEM CLUB pre-registration begins Mon., Aug. 13
Our Lady of Providence High School physics and earth-science instructor Laura Swessel will begin taking registrations for her new STEM CLUBS at 6:00 a.m. on Mon., Aug. 13. These clubs are available to students in grades 1 through 9, on a first-come, first-serve basis. The first thirty (30) registrants per age group who respond will be accepted, based on receipt of payment no later than Wed., Aug 22. After this date the remaining spots will be offered to the next families in line. Registration emails received prior to 6:00 a.m. on 8/13/18 will not be considered.
